Joanna Delaney is a British born couturiere, inspired by the individuality of her clients and finding balance in the beautiful, natural surroundings of BC, Canada.

Joanna has extensive experience in couture. After receiving initial training at Helen Lefeaux College of Fashion Design in 2001, she went on to work for Something Blue Vancouver for ten years and left as head tailor for their private label. During this time, she also received a Bachelor of Design in Fashion Design from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Joanna has since taught and led patternmaking and couture at The Wilson School of Design and The Cut Fashion Design Academy.

Joanna has worked for two of Vancouver's corporate fashion giants, Lululemon and Aritzia in the area of development, ensuring impeccable fit, function and quality of the garments before going into production. This combined with her knowledge of dressmaking and an understanding of the female form, has contributed to her reputation as one of Vancouver's finest couturieres. Joanna’s work has been recognized in publications such as British Vogue, Tatler and Vancouver Magazine.

Joanna finds great inspiration through her clients and loves creating something that will embody their individual style and energy. Joanna's dresses can be described as effortless, elegant and minimal - with a touch of West Coast meets European panache.
